First of all to Pramod, that would have been posted privately since the about page isnt Cisco TAC. btw: your answer is to do "show line" and configure the line # in the global configuration and change transport input/output, etc. You are not going to see the async interfaces on the C2511.

Second to Sikandar, you have a great website on keeping valuable notes. Keep up the good work, I really like the info in here. Good luck on your next CCIE attempt! Hopefully the boot camp helped out.

Thanks for posting such valuable information on the net.
I graduated as a Networking Technologist from College last year.

Sites like this will aid in questions and information that might be hard to dig up in the books.

Hi Sikandar-

I came across your site and am very impressed. I enjoyed reading several of your posts. I am contacting you to today to see if have an interest in taking a look at our new CCNP video training courses (and CCNA if you desire as well). We currently have the BSCI and BCMSN courses for the new CCNP exams. ONT and ISCW courses are currently being developed.

I think these courses would appeal to your target audience, as they are highly regarded by our customers and taught by a CCIE. They would be very helpful to anybody aiming for their CCNA, CCNP and eventually the CCIE.

If you would like to take a look we will send you a copy of each of our Cisco courses for free. If you like them, we just ask for a short post commenting or evaluating the courses with a link back to our site.

You can see details and demos of the courses at our website, www.trainsignal.com.

Thanks,

Scott

Very Good,

I think I´m going to make a blog, to translate your tips into Spanish, and add a few more (of course I will submit them to you in English ;-)

The reason, is because in Spanish there is no information of nothing at all....

"The knowledge has no sense, if you don´t share it"

Spanish engineers are egoist, selfish people. I´m Spanish and It´s a shame, I usually post in english, because I´m angry with my community.

I use to post in Spanish, but always alone, nobody shares nothing
